Another great group of transit professionals came together this month to grow their leadership skills through NTI’s Pathway to Effective Management and Supervision (PEMS).
From coaching and communication to conflict resolution and team leadership, participants explored practical tools to lead with confidence and support their teams more effectively. Through interactive conversations and real-world scenarios, the cohort gained strategies they can apply right away in their roles.
