Advancing Mobility Management

Mobility management is an approach to coordinating, managing, and delivering transportation services to people—including older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals of low income—by connecting them to available options, as well as catalyzing new solutions through outreach, education, and partnerships.

This course is designed for mobility management professionals who are ready to move beyond foundational concepts and advance mobility management within their organizations and communities. Participants will examine the role of mobility management in meeting transportation needs, expanding equitable access, and supporting individual and community goals.

The course emphasizes building the skills and capacity needed to implement, strengthen, and scale mobility management strategies. Participants will learn how to assess organizational and community readiness, develop effective mobility management systems and infrastructure, and apply promising practices from the field.
